Hotelsengine.com is a property of PT. Dirgantara Bali Dwipa Tours as an efficient way to connect Travel Industry around the world. All special rates on our database are only available to our travel agent members. To access our system, the travel company or airlines must register first.

Hotelsegine.com will not distribute any available rates direct to the end users or customers.

Payments

Travel companies or airlines with an established credit facility will have the accessibility to our room allotments and to receive instant confirmations.

We will require a floating deposit for the travel company or airline to enable using our system.

The deposit shall be transferred to our bank or you may pay by credit card with an additional of 2.5% bank fees.

Once the payment has been received, we will the create your login ID, password and company code.

The Travel Agent will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the activities of all their users including bookings, payments and cancellation penalties incurred by all users.

A Travel Agent with a credit limit will have an access to view the credit limit and balance under “Credit” after logging into the Website.

When the credit limit has been exceeded, the online booking facility will be automatically suspended. To re-activate the account payment should be made or our finance department should be contacted.

Cancellation & Refunds

Make sure that all cancellation shall be using our online system to enable both of us tracking the cancellation notice and your credit usage.

Cancellation fees will be charged according to the hotel cancellation policy available on the hotel information page. Please read carefully on this.

When the cancellation is made within a cancellation deadline, the agent will be charged for any fees according to the hotel's fee policy.

Refund requests for partially utilized services will not be processed unless we receive written proof from the service provider that the guest has not utilized all the services in full as specified on our final confirmation and that a refund will apply to the un-utilized services.

Refund requests for fully un-utilized services will be processed once we receive the written request. Refunds are subject to receiving confirmation from our supplier. The refundable amount provided by the supplier is final including cases when no refund is applicable.

Rate Structure

Rates are quoted in US Dollar per room per night including tax and service charges.

Children Policy

Child traveling with adults share the existing bed will be free of charge of room only

Child's breakfast is extra and shall be payable directly to the hotel

If requires an extra bed, a triple room shall be booked.

Law and Jurisdiction

This contract and any matters arising from it shall be subject to law and exclusive jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia
